RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We hope you'll love your Essence of Me piece.
If it isn't quite right, you have the right to return your order within 14 days of receiving it, in accordance with European Union consumer protection legislation.
To start a return, simply email info@essenceofmeuniverse.com and include your order number.
RETURN CONDITIONS
Returned items must be:
- Unworn and unused
- Unwashed
- Free from stains, odours, bleach, perfume, or any signs of wear
- Returned with all original tags attached
- Returned in their original packaging, where reasonably possible
Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.
REFUNDS
Once your return has been received and inspected, we'll notify you by email.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 14 days.
We may withhold your refund until we receive the returned item or proof that it has been sent.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

RETURN SHIPPING
Unless your item is faulty or incorrect, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service.
FAULTY OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
